Built the boring way

Doses that do something

5 g of creatine monohydrate, every serving. Not 500 mg sprinkled in so it can appear on the front of the tub.

Forms chosen on merit

Di-magnesium malate rather than the cheap oxide. Potassium split across citrate and chloride so it does not taste like seawater.

Everything on the label

No proprietary blends. Every ingredient is listed with its actual quantity, because hiding the numbers usually means the numbers are bad.

NRV = Nutrient Reference Value. Sweetened with steviol glycosides.

Why these numbers

The magnesium sits at 65 mg on purpose. It clears the threshold needed to say something meaningful on the label, and stays well below the level where a daily product starts causing people problems. Plenty of brands push it higher because a bigger number sells better. It is not a better product.

Sodium runs at roughly two parts to one part potassium — enough to matter if you sweat, not so much that it tastes like the sea. This is built to be drunk every day, not once on a race morning.

How to use it

  1. One level scoop

8.7 g. The scoop is in the tub, sitting above the fill line so you are not digging for it every morning.

  2. Into 400–500 ml of water

Stir or shake. Creatine monohydrate is not fully soluble, so a little settling at the bottom is normal and not a fault.

  3. Once a day, every day

Morning or post-training, it makes little difference. Creatine works by saturation over weeks, so consistency beats timing.
